Awesome show Esther! I'm listening right now. I have a suggestion for the playlist. If possible, could you post timestamps next to each song? I'm downloading the podcast and it would be great to be able to jump quickly to specific locations.

Lollipops and Roses! I love Herb Alpert. Maybe we'll see some of his albums on Stax O' Wax in the future?

(Speak up Sweetie. The music is coming through great, but your voice is a little too soft.)

Hi, Sandy!

I'm still learning how to do this podcast thing so it'll take me a while to iron everything out. Volume and timestamps are among the trial and error stuff.

Thanks for listening!

Who are the listed songwriters for "There Is Nothing More To Say"? I readily recognized the tune, but someone changed the lyrics. This song was originally titled "Canterbury Road" and recorded by Lou Christie. Are you familiar with his version?

Your other blog has been on my favorites site for quite some time. Annette Funicello albums anyone? Oh yeah!

I look forward to listening to the other 6 podcasts.

Hi, Rob,
I don't know who the songwriters are for "There is Nothing More to Say". I downloaded the Chris Knight/Maureen McCormick album and that information is not on there. But, this song was originally recorded by a group called The Millenium in the late 60s, so probably one of the band members wrote it. If you find out, let me know because now I'm curious!

Thanks for listening!

Hey Esther,
I know I'm coming late to this discussion, but I found a picture of the original 45 rpm of the Millennium song and the composers/lyricists are listed as C. Boettcher, M. Fennelly, and L. Mallory. I suspect C. Boettcher is Curt Boettcher of Sagittarius fame.
