Sure would be nice if your podcast was a higher audio quality (bitrate). 96kps sounds pretty bad. Also, you should try embedding the track/chapter names into the podcast. Much cooler. Check out my podcast (320kps, embedded artwork/tracknames) at:

Thanks for your comment. However, I actually upload the file at 192kps. PodOmatic converts it to 96kps when it is posted - don't know why. I'm actually looking for a different place to post the podcasts (one with more storage and that won't convert it to a lower rate) - any suggestions?
PodOmatic converts it to a lower quality because it is a free hosting site. They want you to pay to have a higher quality. You could certainly use their service. But you could also get your website and podcast hosted by any other service like I do.
